Final fantasy five was sorta a dissapointment to me, yet again there are four verry different people brought togather by a Crystal Crysis. The four characters being a wanderer named whatever you want him to be named, a princess named Lenna, an old man who suffers amnisia untill late in the game named Galuf, and a female pirate who poses as a man until later in the game. The Job system in this game brings something new to the table, the ability to mix your classes. Ya, you can have a figter that knows magic, a mage that can JUMP, or a WHITE mage casting BLACK magic. Heck, they even intoduce the BLUE mage and the MIME! It's planty fun but rather bland, like the ugly step sister of the previous games. My advice: If you don't feel like having the weight of a white mage the entire game, DON'T!! HA! Just make sure you keep someone leveling and knowing WHITE magic. Usually I have one character dedicated entirelly to BLACK and WHITE magic and use the other three to reach the funky jobs of the tree, such as DARK knight, DRAGOON, or SUMMONER. Oh, and USE the BLUE mage! If you happen to be fighting FIRE things in a VOLCANO use the BLUE mage to turn the volcano into an Ocean where they loose all their bonuses! Practically like any other Final Fantasy, DON'T BE STUPID, NOT EVERYONE SHOULD BE A MAGE!!!!!! Otherwise, this game is no diffrent from FFIII. Play + enjoy!
